Can I see what payments have been made?
Yes, you can see what has already been paid, manage payment methods or cancel your subscription at any time through the 'Save for your stay' > 'Manage Subscription Payments' option in the menu or by clicking here
How do I redeem my Gift voucher when it arrives?
Instructions will be included on the voucher itself; email info@hushhushglamping.co.uk with your name and voucher number along with your chosen dates
Can I cancel if I change my mind?
Yes, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. A Gift Voucher for the value already paid will be posted to you
Can I get a refund?
Any amounts paid are non refundable. However, you may cancel your plan at any time and receive a Gift Voucher for the value already paid
