You can check into your pod from 4pm onwards on the day of your arrival. Early 3pm check in is available as an optional extra when booking.
Check out is by 10am on the morning of departure, unless you added late checkout as an optional extra at the time of booking (applicable to Hares Form only).
Details and instructions on how to check in are included in the digital guide book that you will receive upon booking and again 7 days before your arrival.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your stay. The final balance will be taken 8 weeks before your stay. If you are booking dates less than 8 weeks away, the full balance will be required at the time of booking.
Once a booking is made, any deposit paid is non-refundable. You may request to cancel your stay for a partial refund of your balance payment (if paid) if we receive at least 8 weeks’ notice before your arrival date. The deposit payment will remain non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@hushhushglamping.co.uk.(mailto:info@hushhushglamping.co.uk)
Cancelation requests within 8 weeks of the arrival date are not eligible for a refund. Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival are non-refundable.
There is no ‘cooling off’ period, so please ensure you are certain about your booking before confirming.
You may request a date change up to 8 weeks before your arrival for a £30 admin fee, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply depending on the season. Date changes can only be made once per booking. Bookings made less than 8 weeks in advance are not eligible for date changes.
