Hare's Form is a beautifully crafted Glamping Pod for two nestled within a 90 acre family farm overlooking the wonderfully picturesque Radnor Valley and Black Mountains. Being the only guest accommodation here, you'll have plenty of space to yourself.

Are children or babies allowed?No, as we are an adult only site, babies, infants and children under the age of 18 years are not permitted to stay in the accommodation.

Are pets allowed?No, as we are a working farm with free roaming alpacas and sheep, we sadly cannot accept pets.

What time is check in and check out?Check in is between 3pm - 9pm. Check out is by 10am (unless you opt for late 11am checkout as an optional extra at booking).

How much do I pay to confirm my booking?A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your stay. The final balance will be taken 4 weeks before your stay. If you are booking dates less than 4 weeks away, the full balance will be required at the time of booking.

Can I reschedule my stay?You may swap to an alternate date up to 4 weeks before your stay at a charge of £25. The new dates will be dependent upon our availability and an additional charge may apply for different seasons. You may swap the dates of your stay only once.

Can I cancel my stay?Once you have booked a stay, deposit(s) paid to us are non-refundable. You may request to cancel your stay for a refund, minus the deposit payment, when we are given at least 4 weeks notice prior to your stay. Any cancellations must be requested via email to info@hushhushglamping.co.uk and are not confirmed until we have sent a written response confirming the cancellation. Monies owed (if applicable) will be advised at the point of cancellation. Hush Hush Glamping reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time. See the full T&Cs here.

Do you have hot tubs?Yes, each pod has its own private wood fired hot tub.

Is the hot tub heated ready for my arrival?If you fancy a dip in the hot tub on arrival, you can add the pre-heating option to your stay when booking.

How much wood is provided?Each pod is provided with a complimentary supply of kindling and wood, which is enough to heat the hot tub to temperature. A refill of wood, should you need it, is available to purchase at either pod via online card payment.

Do you provide decorations?Yes, you can add Birthday banner & balloons or Happy Anniversary banner, balloons & faux rose petals to your stay as an optional extra when booking.

Do you supply bedding and towels?Yes, we supply: All bed linen for the beds Kitchen hand & tea towels Bath towels, hand towels and shower mat Bath robes and additional towels for hot tub use can be added as an extra to your stay when booking.

Is there Wi-Fi in the pods?Yes, each pod has it's own Wi-Fi.

Can I walk to the local pub?The nearest pub is nearly a 2 hour walk away - please be advised a section of the journey is along a fast main road. Alternatively, hop in the car and travel just 15 minutes.

Can I get food delivered?Taj Mahal Indian Takeaway from Kington is the only restaurant that will deliver food. Although, you may still have to hop in the car to meet the driver at the first Hush Hush Glamping sign, or at the village hall. Otherwise, it is a case of hopping in the car to eat out or to collect a takeaway.

Can I park next to the pods?Yes, you can drive up to and park right outside both pods.

Where are the nearest train stations?Knighton - 15 minutes drive Llandrindod Wells - 30 minutes drive However, we strongly recommend coming by car due to our wonderful rural location, most places to eat and local attractions are best to get to by car.

Are the alpacas around all year?Our alpacas live on the farm year round, but their exact whereabouts may vary as they are moved into different fields across the year, according to their pasture management schedule. So, if they are not right outside your pod, they will only be a short walk away.

Can we feed the alpacas?We remind guests not to feed or throw food out for the animals as this can be dangerous for the animals and, in some cases, fatal. The animals are fed on specialist animal feeds and their diet is carefully monitored to ensure the best of health.
