Our terms and conditions of booking are as detailed below.

Coronavirus:

18 years+ Only:

As an adult only site, no persons under the age of 18 years are permitted to stay including babies, infants and children. Persons found to be breaking this rule will be asked to leave immediately and billed for additional cleaning costs. 

Pets: 

No dogs or pets of any kind are permitted. Persons found to be breaking this rule will be asked to leave immediately. In this instance, no refund will be issued and additional costs may be billed. 

Capacity: 

Do not exceed the total number of persons permitted to stay in the accommodation. If your party exceeds the permitted capacity (4 adults at Huacaya's Cush or 2 adults at Hare's Form) at any point during your stay, your entire party will be asked to leave immediately. In this instance, no refund will be issued and additional costs may be billed. 

 

Day Guests: 

Day guests are not permitted at the accommodation. 

Payments:

We accept the following forms of payment: Stripe; Credit or Debit Card Payment or PayPal. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your stay, with full payment required 4 weeks before your stay. If balance payment is not completed, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit retained by Hush Hush Glamping.  

Checking In & Out: 

Do not arrive on site before 4pm as your party will not be able to access the accommodation and will be asked to leave the site and return at your designated check in time between 4pm - 9pm. All guests in your party are required to check out by 10am on the morning of your departure. If you are late checking out, you may be billed additional costs at the discretion of Hush Hush Glamping management to cover staff costs and any other costs incurred by this action. 

Changing the Dates of Your Stay: 

You may swap to an alternate date up to 8 weeks before your stay at a charge of £25. The new dates will be dependent upon our availability and an additional charge may apply for different seasons.

Cancellation:

Once you have booked a stay, deposit(s) paid to us are non-refundable. Full balance payments are non-refundable. You may request to cancel your stay for a refund, minus the deposit payment, when we are given at least 4 weeks notice prior to your stay. Any cancellations must be requested via email to info@hushhushglamping.co.uk and are not confirmed until we have sent a written response confirming the cancellation. Monies owed (if applicable) will be advised at the point of cancellation. Hush Hush Glamping reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time.

Complaints Procedure

If you, or any member of your party, are in any way dissatisfied with your experience/the accommodation during your stay, you must contact us by telephone call. We will arrange to meet you as soon as possible at the accommodation you are staying in to address and, where possible, rectify any issues and offer a resolution as necessary. If you leave the site/accommodation and cite a complaint after your stay, Hush Hush Glamping will not refund any amount to you, nor compensate or reimburse you in any way, as we must first be given the opportunity to address any concerns you have whilst you are staying here. 

If you are or any member of your party, are in any way dissatisfied with your booking and/or customer service experience, please detail your concerns via email to info@hushhushglamping.co.uk so that management can address issues raised. 

Damages and Breakages:

Please look after our accommodation when staying as a lot of love and care have gone into creating these spaces. You are responsible for any damage or breakages that you cause to the accommodation and its contents. In the event breakages or damage occurs, you must inform us immediately and prior to you checking out. This can be done via text (to 07882135027) or email (to info@hushhushglamping.co.uk). We do not typically charge for small breakages. However, we may charge you for repairs if the damage/breakage is significant or you did not inform us via text or email before checking out. 

Behaviour & Noise: 

Both pods are situated in a quiet and peaceful location on a family farm. Therefore, we request that noise is kept to a respectable level. The use of amplified music via speakers is prohibited. There is an 11pm curfew on the use of the hot tub to ensure other guests are not disturbed after late hours by its use. Drugs and prohibited substances are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation or on the decking areas and any cigarette butts must be extinguished in the provided ash trays (not discarded on the floor, as this poses a risk to our livestock). 

BBQs, Candles & Fires: 

We provide a small BBQ & a Firepit at each pod for use between the months of April - September. Disposable BBQs, chimneas and other open fires are not permitted in order to keep the crops, animals and accommodation safe from damage and harm. A log burner is provided in Hare's Form which may be used as per the instructions provided inside the pod. Candles are not permitted inside or outside the accommodation; ample lighting is provided. 

Safety: 

As Hush Hush Glamping is sited on a working farm, machinery may be in operation from time to time. Please be aware of this and ensure your party is aware that it is your responsibility to keep clear of such machinery in order to avoid injury. 

Leaving the space clean & tidy: 

We pride ourselves on our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. To ensure we can maintain this for every guest, we ask that you do the following before you check out:

  • Ensure that all rubbish is placed into appropriate bins and recycling items are washed prior to placing into bins

  • Crockery/cutlery/utensils/saucepans are washed and put away

  • All used towels are placed inside the shower

If the accommodation is left in such a manner that causes excess cleaning, we reserve the right to charge the guest for these additional costs. 

Extreme Weather: 

Hush Hush Glamping is not responsible in the event guest(s) cannot travel to the accommodation due to weather conditions such as (but not restricted to) transportation issues, flooding, snow, high winds or traffic accidents. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you ensure you have taken out sufficient holiday insurance to cover any such circumstances. 

Liability:

Unless it is proven to be caused by a negligent act by us, we do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your group, possessions or vehicles. 

Force Majeure:

Hush Hush Glamping do not accept any liability for events that may occur before or during your stay that are beyond our control such as (but not restricted to) acts of nature, fire, flooding, or if the property becomes unsafe or unfit for use as a result of irreparable damage. In such circumstances, refunds will be at the discretion of Hush Hush Glamping. 

Hush Hush Glamping reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
