Offers, Discounts & Promotions:

Any offers, discounts or promotions advertised by Hush Hush Glamping via email, social media channels, on www.hushhushglamping.co.uk or elsewhere are for new bookings only, so cannot be applied to existing bookings. We reserve the right to withdraw any offers, discounts or promotions at any time, with or without reason. Dates are subject to availability and check in and check out days.

Draws and Prizes:

Any draws and/or prizes advertised by Hush Hush Glamping via email, social media channels, on www.hushhushglamping.co.uk or elsewhere are for new bookings only, so cannot be applied to existing bookings. Unless otherwise stated, draws and prizes exclude weekend dates and Bank Holiday dates. We reserve the right to withdraw any draws or prizes at any time, with or without reason. Chosen dates are subject to availability and check in and check out days.

18 years+ Only:

As an adult only site, no persons under the age of 18 years are permitted to stay including babies, infants and children. Persons found to be breaking this rule will be asked to leave immediately. In this instance, no refund will be issued and additional costs may be billed.

Pets: 

No dogs or pets of any kind are permitted. Persons found to be breaking this rule will be asked to leave immediately. In this instance, no refund will be issued and additional costs may be billed. 

​

Alpacas, Livestock and pets on the farm

The farm is home to a herd of alpacas and a flock of sheep as well as cats and a dog. Guests should NOT feed or throw food out for the animals as this can be dangerous for the and, in some cases, fatal. Guests found to break this rule will be asked to leave immediately and without refund.

Drones

The operation of drones or any unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the property, including any adjacent private areas, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the property owners. Any unauthorised use of drones may result in immediate termination of the guest's stay, without refund, and may be subject to legal action in accordance with applicable privacy and property laws. Guests are responsible for ensuring that any drone activity complies with local, regional, and national regulations.

Capacity: 

Do not exceed the total number of persons permitted to stay in the accommodation without prior written consent from Hush Hush Glamping. If your party exceeds the permitted capacity (4 adults at Huacaya's Cush or 2 adults at Hare's Form) without prior written consent, at any point during your stay, your entire party will be asked to leave immediately. In this instance, no refund will be issued and additional costs may be billed. 

 

Day Guests: 

Day guests are not permitted at the accommodation. If your party break this rule, your entire party will be asked to leave immediately. In this instance, no refund will be issued and additional costs may be billed.

Payments:

We accept the following forms of payment: Stripe; Credit or Debit Card Payment or PayPal. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your stay, with full payment required 4 weeks before your stay. If balance payment is not completed, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit retained by Hush Hush Glamping.

Checking In & Out: 

Do not arrive on site before 4pm as your party will not be able to access the accommodation and will be asked to leave the site and return at your designated check in time between 4pm - 9pm (unless you opted for the optional extra of early check in at the time of booking). All guests in your party are required to check out by 10am on the morning of your departure (unless you opted for the optional extra of late check out at the time of booking). If you are late checking out, you may be billed additional costs at the discretion of Hush Hush Glamping management to cover staff costs and any other costs incurred by this action.

Changing the Dates of Your Stay: 

You may change the dates of your stay up to 4 weeks before your arrival date for a fee of £25. The new dates are subject to our availability, and additional charges may apply depending on the season. Date changes can only be made once per booking. Date changes are not permitted for stays booked less than 4 weeks in advance. Management reserves the right to refuse any date change request, with or without reason.

Cancellation:

Once you have booked a stay, any deposit(s) paid to us are non-refundable. However, you may request to cancel your stay for a refund (minus the deposit) if we receive at least 4 weeks notice prior to your stay. Bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival are not entitled to any refund.

 

Please note, there is no 'cooling off' period during which you may receive a full refund. Therefore, ensure you are certain about your booking and understand the above refund policy before confirming your stay.

Any cancellations must be requested via email to info@hushhushglamping.co.uk. A cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a written response from us confirming the cancellation. Any monies owed (if applicable) will be advised at the point of cancellation. Management reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time, with or without reason.

Complaints Procedure

If you, or any member of your party, are in any way dissatisfied with your experience/the accommodation during your stay, you must contact us by telephone call on the number(s) listed in your welcome pack. We will arrange to meet you as soon as possible at the accommodation you are staying in to address and, where possible, rectify any issues and offer a resolution as necessary. If you leave the site/accommodation and cite a complaint after your stay, Hush Hush Glamping will not refund any amount to you, nor compensate or reimburse you in any way, as we must first be given the opportunity to address any concerns you have whilst you are staying here. If you are, or any member of your party are, in any way dissatisfied with your booking and/or customer service experience, please detail your concerns via email to info@hushhushglamping.co.uk so that management can address the issues raised.

Damages and Breakages:

Our accommodation has been created with a lot of love and care, so we ask that you look after it during your stay. We kindly ask that you inspect the pod and facilities as soon as you check in and report any damages and/or issues immediately. If any damage or breakages occur during your stay, please inform us right away and before checking out. You can do this via WhatsApp at 07882135027 or email at info@hushhushglamping.co.uk. If any damages are found upon your checkout and none were reported during your stay, we will have to assume they occurred during your stay, and you may be billed for the replacement or repair cost. While we do not typically charge for small breakages, we may need to charge for repairs if the damage is significant and/or you did not inform us before checking out.

Behaviour & Noise: 

Both pods are situated in a quiet and peaceful location on a rural farm. Therefore, we request that noise is kept to a respectable level. The use of amplified music via speakers is prohibited. There is an 11pm curfew on the use of the hot tubs to ensure other guests are not disturbed after late hours by its use. Drugs and prohibited substances are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation or on the decking areas and any cigarette butts must be extinguished in the provided ash trays (not discarded on the floor, as this poses a risk to our livestock). Guests engaging in unruly, disrespectful or loud manner will be asked to leave immediately. In this instance, no refund will be issued and additional costs may be billed.

BBQs, Candles, Incense & Fires: 

A BBQ and firepit is provided at each pod for use between the months of April - September. Disposable BBQs, chimneas and any other open fires are not permitted anywhere on site in order to keep the crops, animals and accommodation safe from damage and harm. A log burner is provided in Hare's Form which may be used as per the instructions provided inside the pod. Candles, incense or any other type of heat / flame are not permitted inside the accommodation or anywhere on site; ample lighting is provided.

Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside of the accommodation. Ash trays are provided for cigarette ends to be disposed of when smoking outside, within the fenced area of the accommodation. Smoking or vaping on the farm grounds is not permitted. Do not throw cigarette ends onto the floor; if you do, you may be billed additional cleaning costs and any veterinary costs incurred removing the cigarette ends from livestock that have ingested them, as well as any aftercare and/or treatment required as a result. ​​

Parking

The parking available is situated next to the respective pod and is un-fenced from the roaming livestock which includes sheep and alpacas. Therefore, guests visit and park on site at their own risk and Hush Hush Glamping Limited accept no responsibility for damage caused to vehicles by livestock.

Safety: 

As Hush Hush Glamping is sited on a working farm, machinery may be in operation from time to time. Please be aware of this and ensure your party is aware that it is your responsibility to keep clear of such machinery in order to avoid injury. 

​

Medical Assistance

The owners are not always present on site and cannot be relied upon to provide First Aid or be held accountable for their absence or the level of training and assistance provided. Due to the rural location, obtaining medical assistance in a timely manner can be challenging. The nearest hospital with an accessible A&E department is in Hereford (Stonebow Rd, Hereford HR1 2ER), which is over a 50-minute car journey away, not accounting for traffic. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these conditions and their associated risks.

Hot Tubs

The hot tub at Huacaya's Cush can take 2 to 4 hours and the hot tub at Hare's Form 1 to 3 hours to reach an ideal temperature of around 36 - 37°C depending upon the time of year, the weather and your proficiency at attending to the hot tub and fire during the heating process.

 

The optional extra to pre-light the hot tub at Huacaya's Cush can only guarantee the temperature of the water to be 16°C+ between the times of 2pm and 4pm or 32°C+ between the times of 4pm - 6pm on the day of arrival. Therefore, you may be required to finish heating the water to the desired temperature after your arrival. Sometimes, the water may be hotter than you find comfortable, so may require cooling before you enter. It is the guest(s) responsibility to check the water temperature before entering.

The optional extra to pre-light the hot tub at Hare's Form can only guarantee the temperature of the water to be within the range of 34°C - 39°C between the times of 4pm - 6pm on the day of arrival. Therefore, you may be required to finish heating the water to the desired temperature after your arrival. Sometimes, the water may be hotter than you find comfortable, so may require cooling before you enter. It is the guest(s) responsibility to check the water temperature before entering.

When using the hot tub, the following rules must be adhered to by any and all guests.

• All users of the hot tub do so at their own risk and Hush Hush Glamping accepts no responsibility for accidents or injury 

• Senior adults, pregnant women, anyone with heart disease or any serious illness should consult a doctor before using the hot tub

• Shower to remove cosmetics & lotions before use

• DO NOT enter if you have fake tan applied 

• Do NOT enter if the temperature is over 40°C

• DO NOT heat above 50°C as this can cause damage to the burner

• DO NOT touch or place anything upon or next to the burner or flue, as they get very hot so when the burner is in use

• Do NOT use the hot tub if you are under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or medication 

• DO NOT dirty or empty the tub; you have ONE tub of water and it will not be refilled

• DO NOT use foraged / damp wood in the burner as this can cause damage to the burner 

• No glassware allowed in or near the hot tub 

• Enter & exit the tub carefully; no jumping or diving

• Limit your soak to 15 minutes as long exposure can cause nausea, dizziness and fainting

• Replace the lid whenever the hot tub is not in use

• Curfew for using the hot tub is 11pm 

• Guests that cause damage to the hot tub, wood burner or any other components will be billed to cover repair or replacement costs

Leaving the space clean & tidy: 

We pride ourselves on our high standards of cleanliness and presentation. To ensure we can maintain this for every guest, we ask that you do the following before you check out:

• Ensure that all rubbish is placed into appropriate bins and recycling items are washed prior to placing into bins

• Crockery/cutlery/utensils/saucepans are washed and put away

• All used towels are placed inside the shower

If the accommodation is left in such a manner that causes excess cleaning, we reserve the right to charge the guest for these additional costs.

Extreme Weather: 

Hush Hush Glamping is not responsible if guests are unable to travel to the accommodation due to weather conditions, including (but not limited to) transportation issues, flooding, snow, high winds, or traffic accidents. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you obtain sufficient holiday insurance to cover such circumstances.​

Liability:

Unless it is proven to be caused by a negligent act by us, we do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your group, possessions or vehicles. 

​

Force Majeure:

Hush Hush Glamping do not accept any liability for events that may occur before or during your stay that are beyond our control such as (but not restricted to) acts of nature, fire, flooding, or if the property becomes unsafe or unfit for use as a result of irreparable damage. In such circumstances, refunds will be at the discretion of Hush Hush Glamping. In all cases, it is highly recommended that you take out holiday insurance in the event Hush Hush Glamping are unable to offer any refund.

Hush Hush Glamping reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
